Can I really get injured walking?

What is shockwave therapy and can it help me?

Shockwave therapy is an effective, evidence-based treatment our Podiatrists use in the management of Heel pain, Plantar fasciitis/fasciosis, Achilles tendinopathy and Forefoot pain. This non-invasive treatment works by increasing blood flow, stimulating healing and reducing pain.
